Please allow two weeks for us to review your request.

All donations must be requested 60 days prior.

Please note we are located at 30 E Chicago Ave. Chicago, IL 60611. If your event &/or organization is located outside of Chicago, please contact your nearest Chick-fil-A for a donation inquiry.

Our budget for September & October 2024 has already been allocated.
2025 Requests will not be answered until December 2024.
